Resources for Bloggers

When I started this blog, I wanted to connect with friends and family back home.

I wanted to find a way to help others live a more eco-friendly and natural lifestyle. I had no idea that writing this blog would become a full-time job that I LOVE! And, as a bonus, I would help millions of people live a more holistic lifestyle.

In just three years, over 7 million people have visited Going Zero Waste and it’s been featured by National Geographic, CNN, The Guardian, NPR, BBC, and so many more. I feel so blessed and happy to have been able to create my own career path. I’ve even written my first book 101 Ways to Go Zero Waste!

As we approach 2019, my goal is to share more. When I first started blogging, I didn’t have a mentor. I didn’t have anyone that could help me out, and I want to create that type of space for others.

I want to help amplify others who are doing great work in this space. I recently put out a call on Instagram stories for websites that had started in the past 1-2 years to DM me with their blog links so I could read some of their posts and follow along with them on IG.

The response was overwhelming! Hundreds of people DM’d me so I want to create a hub and mentorship program where we can all help each other out. I’m working on building it out, but if you’d like to possibly be mentored by me in 2019 please sign up below so we can keep in touch.

And, in the meantime, I’m going to be creating more content around blogging and you’ll be able to find all of those blog posts below with the first one being 10 Tips for Starting a Blog to Change the World.
