BEST LOOSE LEAF TEA

Finding loose leaf tea available in bulk/without plastic packaging can be rough without a nice tea shop or extensive health food store. ICED TEA THE NIGHT BEFORE

1. Bring 16 cups of water to a simmer, approximately 180° then remove from heat 2. Add in loose leaf tea 3. Steep for 2-3 minutes and strain out leaves 4. If using, add sugar now.  5. Store in a sealed container in the fridge

1. Combine 16 cups of water and loose leaf tea in a pitcher 2. Cover and steep in fridge for 8-24 hours 3. Strain tea and serve over ice

LOOSE LEAF TEA QUICKLY

1. Fill a 1 gallon container with ice 2. Bring 8 cups water to a simmer, approximately 180° 3. Remove water from heat and add loose leaf tea 4. Let steep 2-3 minutes and strain out leaves 5. If adding sugar, add it now 6. Pour hot water into container with ice. The ice will melt and dilute tea to the perfect level.
